My Experience

Visual Design

After graduating from UNC in 2020, I interned with the SIPD team at the UNC School of Government. Throughout this internship, I developed my visual communication skills and created various digital assets.

UX/UI Design

As a SIPD intern, I also helped my mentor with UX design deliverables, including creating mobile-friendly prototypes using existing content and/or style guides. Our work also included research and usability testing.

Web Design & Development

Currently, I am employed as a web developer and project manager at Slamdot, a web design company headquartered in Knoxville, TN. My responsibilities include managing up to 25 web design projects simultaneously, providing guidance and training to new web developers, and addressing customer concerns through our support system. For each web design project, I manage the project from kickoff to launch. When a website is approved by the client and ready to launch, I install an SSL certificate and update the DNS records to ensure a smooth website launch.
